The most economically efficient brokerage + brand
Local’s agent avatar is one who knows their time spent selling real estate is WAY more lucrative than on Canva, or searching and creating content to stay engaged with their audience. As a Local Collective member, you will unlock set-it-and-forget-it systems and marketing from day one, freeing you up to focus on the most valuable return on your investment of time. If time is money, an agent curating what we provide would cost at least 5x the collective contribution of $500 per month. Local Collective is the most economically efficient and high-value option for agents who don’t want to quit their day job or hire an in-house marketing and ops team.
Real’s model is simple: keep more of what you earn while enjoying top-tier resources, a national network, and support to scale your business. If you participate in growing a network of other great agents, the cost to be part of the brokerage and the brand will be offset through revenue share earnings.
One of the major perks is that we get paid on the day of closing. Once your file is broker-approved and closed, payment is sent directly to you by escrow either by wire or check. Our transaction coordinators get paid the same day too, ensuring everyone sees the rewards of their work without delay. It’s efficient, transparent, and designed to keep your focus on clients and opportunities, not waiting or tracking down commissions. It’s pretty rad.
