Congratulations on deciding to join Real! Moving brokerages can sometimes feel overwhelming, but we are here to make it smooth and streamlined as possible - just like you do with your clients making a move. This portal should serve as a place to find answers to most of your questions, but always feel free to lean on the agent who brought you into the space too!
Step 1: Apply to Real and let them know when you plan to move your license HERE.
Step 2: Schedule a 1:1 Migration Sesh to occur the next day or two after your scheduled license transfer date
Step 3: Prepare and order signage (for sale and open house)and business cards to reflect your new branding/brokerage. HERE is a link to Real Templates.
For compliance: In Oregon we can shorten the brokerage name to Real Broker. In Washington it is Real Broker, LLC. If dual licensed you can have Real Broker, LLC to cover both states.
Step 4: Fill out the RMLS Subscriber Change Form (links below) and send via e-signature to ORBroker@TheRealBrokerage.com and/or WABroker@TheRealBrokerage.com for s
Step 5: Prepare your existing clients and transactions for the move over
Once you are notified that your license has been moved, the real fun begins (pun intended!), and you will get access to your new tools at Real including the checklist below:
